Access your store settings by navigating to: Settings>Stores> View Details (if you have more than one store).
Store preferences can impact the way Shogo loads your sales data. Please make sure your store settings are set up correctly before you map and activate your accounting. If store settings need to be changed, you will likely need to reload the POS sales for any dates that were already loaded.
Store Preferences will look different depending on the POS that you are using. Each preference has tooltips that explain what the setting does.
