Store preferences will impact the way Shogo loads your sales data. This will be where you will determine how discounts are loaded in your data, whether cash tips are imported, how refunds are handled and most importantly, where you will sync the business close time with the POS so Shogo pulls the same sales data as your POS for the daily deposit. Access your store settings by navigating to: Settings>Stores

Click the store you would like to edit

Click the Preferences tab. Store Preferences will look different depending on the POS that you are using.  Each preference has tooltips that explain what the setting does. Your preferences will be grouped into sections baed on the category of preference you can edit.

Please make sure your store settings are set up correctly before you map and activate your accounting.  If store settings need to be changed, you will likely need to reload the POS sales for any dates that were already loaded. For information on loading and reloading your data, please Click Here.
