Shogo has set defaults for all POS systems when loading your sales data. In order to match your deposit, Shogo must capture the same business hours as your POS each day. To view or edit your business hours, log into your Shogo account at app.shogo.io and navigate to Settings>Stores>View Details (if multiple stores exist)

To edit your Start Hour, click the blue Edit button, change the setting and click Apply to update your settings.
Please ensure that this time will provide enough time for the prior day to close and is before the Daily POS Load Hour. In the example above, the day starts at 4 am, which is earlier than the actual business open and ensures enough time for the day to get closed in your POS before the next day's sales.
Customers are not able to change the time that the data is loaded into Shogo. However, customers can submit a request to Shogo Customer Care using the link below to change the time the data is loaded.
