How to manually send sales data for PAR Brink Dairy Queen Customers

If you need to send or resend sales data to Shogo from Brink and you are using the "Sales Summary" PDF email integration specifically built for Dairy Queen Brink/Shogo customers, please follow these instructions:

 

Compose a new email to this email address: incoming+dq@shogoposdata.com

 

Attach the report file(s): Please limit each email to 10 reports/files each.  Adding more than 10 will result in timeout failures and partial processing.

 

Filename: Should say the data and the store ID.  For example "07092025 #14483.pdf"

 

Email Subject: Date-Sales-Summary.  For example: "07092025-Sales-Summary

 

Email Body: The following text must appear at the very beginning of the email body.  Subsequent text should be removed:

Your requested reports are attached.

Business Date:  7/9/2025
Locations:  14483 - Pecos, TX - GC Texas
 

Once you have emailed the file, please wait at least 10 minutes and then you can manually load the date in Shogo using These Instructions.   If there are many dates that need to be loaded, feel free to open a ticket with our Customer Care Team.
