If you are open and have sales, then most likely someone removed the authorization between your Shogo and Square accounts. The connection will need to be reauthorized.
To reauthorize, please go to:
app.shogo.io
>Settings>Stores>New Store>Square>follow the prompts from Square to authorize the connection for each location
Once the connection has been completed, please let the Shogo help desk know and the sales data will be reprocessed from the last date on which sales were reported forward.
