Sometimes there is a delay in the Point of Sale processing the previous day sales data. When this happens sales data loading is not complete before the daily summary email is sent. At least one location must load sales for your Daily Recap Report to be emailed out. If there is a delay in the loading of your sales, the Daily Recap Report will be delayed for that day.
