Restore a deleted item to QuickBooks Desktop

If you have received the following error: 

Error: Invalid Reference Id : Invalid Reference Id : Product/Service assigned to this transaction has been deleted. Before you can modify this transaction, you must restore "item name that was deleted in QuickBooks" (deleted)

In order to post, please either restore this item in QBO or update your mapping in Shogo to a valid product by logging into Shogo at app.shogo.io
Navigate to Settings>Accounting>Sales
 
*If you restore the product please notify Shogo of the date and location by emailing support@shogo.io and request that the data is regenerated for that date.
