Shogo allows you to map your segments globally to avoid having to map the items to each line item in your accounting mapping. Global mapping may look different if your account has had Advanced Accounting enabled. Please skip to that section of this article for instructions if you have Advanced Accounting enabled in Shogo.

For Most QuickBooks Desktop Accounts:

Navigate to Settings>Accounting and select the location you would like to edit.

Select the General Settings section

Define the Class and/or Department you would like to set globally
