In order for Shogo to access your Sage Intacct company's data, we need to gather some information from Sage Intacct:
- Company Name: this is the name of your overall enterprise, and is how your company name will be displayed anywhere inside Shogo. You may enter whatever name is most useful to you.
- Company ID: you can retrieve your Company ID from within Sage Intacct, under Company -> Setup -> Company:


3. Creating a Web Services User in Sage Intacct
Next, we are going to create a special user in Sage Intacct called a Web Services user. This user cannot log in to your Sage Intacct account. Its purpose is to allow Shogo to access your data behind the scenes.
Create the Web Services Role
1. Go to Applications -> Company -> Roles
Click the button at the top right.
Fill in the following and click
From the Roles list, click [Edit] next to the Shogo WS Role, and click [View Subscriptions]
Click on each of the Permission sets except for Administration and choose [All] and click
Create the Web Services User
1. Go to Applications -> Company -> Web Services users
Click the button at the top right.
Enter the following values under User Information and click
From the Web Services Users List, click [Edit] next to the shogo user.
Under the [Roles information] tab, select the Shogo WS Role you created earlier, and click
Register the Shogo Sender ID with Sage Intacct
Navigate to Applications -> Company -> Setup -> Company
Click and click on the [Security] tab.
Scroll down to [Web Services authorizations] and click
