My Toast Categories are not in Shogo

Shogo will import your sales items into the categories as they are set up in Toast. If no categories are set up in Toast, all items will be imported in the "Unassigned" category. Categories set up in Toast affect sales in Shogo the day after the setup and cannot be retroactively applied by Shogo, as they are hard coded in Toast's data that is transmitted to us. 

Toast customers can contact Toast Customer Care to apply their categories for up to two weeks retroactively. Please see the Toast article below for more information:
