Shogo isn't posting to my accounting system

Check that you have done the following three things to post to sales to your accounting system:

  1. Does your location have live sales and is Shogo connected to your POS? Click Here to verify if Shogo is connected to your POS at your Store/Location.
  2. Have you connected your accounting system to your Store/Location in Shogo? If you can see the blue bar labelled Connect a Company, your accounting system is not connected. Double click the Connect a Company bar to connect to your accounting system. 

    Select your new accounting system and follow the system prompts

     

  3. Have you mapped and activated your accounting? Click Here for instructions on mapping and activating your account. If you see red bullets as shown below, you have mapping to complete.
