Shogo must load your sales data prior to any accounting mapping being performed. Shogo uses sales data in order to populate the mapping table, so completing your integration is only possible when live sales data is in your POS and Shogo retrieves that data.
If you do not have live sales data yet, ensure that Shogo is connected to your POS at that location. Once connected, Shogo will automatically import the sales data.
To verify that Shogo is connected to your POS:
Log into Shogo at app.shogo.io
Navigate to Settings>Stores>View Details (if multiple locations exist)
If your location is connected, you will see the green box with a check mark with the status Connected
View the Loading Status to see the dates that Shogo imported sales data from the POS
If you are not connected, click the Edit button to enter your credentials. You will then see on-screen instructions for retrieving your credentials from your POS. If adding a new store requires a login to your POS, you will need to add a new store. You can add a new store by clicking the green Add New Store button at the top right of your screen.
