Categories/Departments/Items that are in my POS are not available to map in Shogo

Shogo creates your mapping items from your sales data. If Shogo has not imported live sales with the Category, Department or Item, it will not be available to map. Once the items have been imported in Shogo, they will be available to map. If many of your items are not imported on the initial sales upload, you may request that Shogo import more of your sales data to build up your mapping categories, departments or items.
