Shogo can post your sales history to your accounting system. To post your historical data Shogo will need to first post your initial current week's data. This will allow you to review your accounting posting and verify that your mapping is correct. Please verify that your mapping is in it's final configuration to ensure that the history posting is accurate and posting to the correct accounts.
Next, verify that your payment method has been updated. There are additional charges for loading history, calculated as follows:
For new customers, your Shogo billing start date will be set to the history start date + 14 days since you'll still receive your 14 free trial days. Example - If today is April 1 and if you have one location and want to load history from Jan 1 to Apr 1, your Shogo billing start date will be updated from 4/14 back to 1/14. Update your billing information at app.shogo.io
Navigate to Settings>Billing
Click the blue Manage Billing button and update your payment details
Once your payment information has been updated Click Here to submit a history request.
