My Sales are not in Shogo

There are two reasons your sales may not be in Shogo:

  1. Your location does not have live sales and is reporting $0 sales. 
  2. Shogo is not connected to your POS 

To verify Shogo is connected to your location's POS, please do the following:

Log into your Shogo account at app.shogo.io

Navigate to Settings>Stores>View Details (if there are multiple locations)

Verify that Shogo is connected to your POS at your location. You will see a green box indicating that your location is connected.

If your location is not connected, Shogo does not have the credentials from your POS needed to receive your sales data.

Connect your POS to Shogo

Once Shogo is connected to your POS, you will receive an email notifying you that your sales have been loaded. At that point, you can proceed to the next step in integration, which is connecting your accounting system and mapping.
