How do I switch a store's accounting connection / company?

When you change software systems or company files, or if you're switching from Sandbox to Production (or vice-versa) you will need to change the company where you post your store's sales data. 

Please note - there is no way to preserve your accounting mapping/settings when you switch from one accounting connection to another - even if you're simply switching from Sandbox to Production.  

 

To change your company, navigate to Settings>Accounting>View Details (if multiple locations exist)

Click the red Change button to switch the posting company

 

Next, double click an existing company to post to that company.

If Shogo is not yet connected to the company, click the blue Add a New Company button and follow the on-screen instructions to add and connect it to Shogo.
