Resend Daily Recap Reports

If you would like to resend your daily email with the updated numbers, you can do the following:

1. Log in to Shogo at app.shogo.io
2. Click on the Sales tab and select the sales date that you would like to resend. Only one day can be emailed at a time.


3. Scroll all the way to the bottom right of the screen and click the blue envelope icon


​4. A new daily email will be generated and sent to all users on the account that have the daily email preference enabled.

5. Repeat the process with another date if you need multiple dates resent.

 

You also can export the daily email data to a .csv file by clicking the Export button.
