Your Shogo login password can be reset by selecting the "Forgot Password?' link on the Shogo login page and following the instructions.  https://app.shogo.io/register/forgotPassword

After selecting "forgot password?" you will be prompted to enter your email address (enter the one associated with your Shogo account).  Once you enter your email address and select "Reset Password" a link will be sent to your email, with instructions to reset your password. Resetting your password grants immediate access. 

If you have been locked out from your account, it may take up to an hour to re-grant access to your account.
