Deactivate a single store

Please note, even if you deactivated the accounting feed in Shogo, you may continue to be billed under the "Report Only" billing unless you deactivate your Shogo account or deactivate the store(s). Shogo subscptions auto-renew monthly and require a one month notice for your cancellation.  

 

You can deactivate a store by first logging into your Shogo account

 Click Settings>Stores>View Details (if multiple locations exist)

Click the blue 'Edit' button on the top right corner of the Store Info section

 

Click the red Deactivate button

 

Note - To reactivate an individual store, please submit a ticket to Shogo Customer Care.
