If you want to cancel your Shogo subscription, understand a charge, or dispute an invoice you were not expecting, this article explains the next steps. We want to make the process as clear as possible and help you get the support you need. Shogo subscptions auto-renew monthly and require a one month notice for your cancellation.
How to cancel your Shogo subscription
To cancel your Shogo Subscription entirely, navigate to: app.shogo.io
Click Settings>Billing
Click the blue Manage Billing button
Next, click the Cancel Subscription button
What happens after cancellation
After your subscription is canceled, your account will be deactivated. This means access to the Shogo service and related account functions will no longer be available. If you need to retain records, make sure to save any information you need before the cancellation is completed.
Unexpected invoices or billing disputes
If you received an invoice you were not expecting, or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Shogo Support right away through support.shogo.io. Include the invoice number, billing date, amount, and a short explanation of why you are disputing the charge.
In some cases, an invoice may be related to an active subscription, a renewal, or a service period that was already in progress. Sharing complete billing details helps the team review your account and respond more quickly.
