Setting email notification preferences:
Shogo sends customers two types of emails to keep them informed regarding their Shogo account, the "Daily" email and the "Accounting Notification" email.
Email settings can be modified by going to app.shogo.io
>Settings>Users – View Details
On the bottom left-hand corner of page, selections can be made regarding the type of emails the user will receive.
Simply mark the appropriate boxes one or both depending on your preference and then select "Update".
The "Daily" email is a summary of the sales information for the previous day.
The "Accounting Notification" email is an alert to inform of any errors in the accounting to be corrected. An example would be a mapping error and is the most common.
