If you will be changing your accounting systems, you will need to remap your accounting. The first step will be to export your mapping from the original system so that you can use the export to assist you with mapping your new accounting system. 

Export your Mapping

To export your mapping, log into your Shogo account at app.shogo.io

Navigate to Settings>Accounting>View Details (if there are multiple locations)

Click on the blue Export Settings button

This will export your mapping to an Excel file. Export your mapping for each location. 

Dissociate your current accounting system

Once your Chart of Accounts is complete in your new accounting system:

While logged into your Shogo account, navigate to Settings>Accounting>View Details (if multiple locations exist

Click on the red Change button

Note - you will lose all your mapping in Shogo after completing this step. 

On the next screen, click on your existing company/accounting system and click the Change button or click the Add a New Company button at the top right corner of the screen and follow the on-screen prompts.

Remap your accounting using the exported file as a guide, making any necessary changes. Click the green Activate button. 

Repeat the process for disassociating locations for each location that is switching accounting systems.
