If you are setting up a new Shogo Account, Shogo will ask you to "Add a Company" or in other words, connect an accounting system.  

If the company has not yet been connected to Shogo, click the blue Add a New Company button at the top right corner of the screen and follow the on-screen prompts. If the company was added previously, you can click the blue Reconnect button . 

Repeat the process for disassociating locations for each location that is switching accounting systems.
