This can/will happen when Toast is late in processing your credit card batch. While Shogo waits until 8am ET to begin the sales loading process, sometimes the Toast batch information is still not available at that time - so, Shogo does not know the details of the batch (including the processing fees). When this happens, Shogo will continue to retry loading your sales and then post once the batch information is available.
If this continues to happen and is inconvenient please contact Toast to have your batching time moved to an earlier time.
