Your Shogo login password can reset your password by selecting "Forgot Password?' link on the Shogo login page and following the instructions. https://app.shogo.io/register/forgotPassword
After selecting "forgot password?" you will be prompted for you to enter your email address (enter the one associated with your Shogo account). Once you enter your email address and select "Reset Password" a link will be sent, with instructions to reset your password.
