My ShopKeep Cash Totals are not appearing in QuickBooks

If the person(s) performing the opening and closing cash drawer functions are not doing so correctly.  ShopKeep will create a cash short that is equal to your cash sales: resulting in a net 0 cash deposit. 
 
To prevent ShopKeep from making this entry you can ignore the ShopKeep reported over/short.  This can be done in Shogo settings.

>Settings>Accounting>View Details>General Settings>set Ignore Over/Short to ON>click Apply
