Settings - Accounting- Cash Drawer
A payout is a manual entry to the cash drawer on the your Point of Sale. Payouts are recorded when someone takes cash out of the drawer for a purpose other than to give change to a customer who has paid in cash.
For example if a vendor is paid for product or service in cash from your Point of Sale.
Typically "Payouts" are mapped to an expense type account. If you are unsure of where to map the "Payouts" Item please ask your accountant.
