I Am Unable To See The Update to My Journal Entry

If you requested an UPDATE to your journal entry and do not see it in your QuickBooks File it could be because of the following error.

 nullMatched Tranasction Delete Error : You can not delete this transaction because it is matched to a transaction that was downloaded into a different account

QuickBooks does not allow an UPDATE to any entry that is matched. Any previously matched deposits must be unmatched before an UPDATE can be posted to your QuickBooks File.   The link below provides instructions on how to unmatch deposits.
