Error: nullDuplicate Document Number Error : Duplicate Document Number Error : You must specify a different number. This number has already been used
If you receive the Duplicate Document error and the sales data for your Shogo Account does not sync you will want to follow steps below:
In your QuickBooks Online accounting file click on the
Settings Gear Icon>Accounting and Settings >Advanced>turn all of these off:
Warn if duplicate bill number is used
Warn if duplicate journal number is used
Once you have done this please let the Shogo Support know so they can ensure your sales data posts.
