My Sales Data is Not Posting because of a Duplicate Number Error.

Error: nullDuplicate Document Number Error : Duplicate Document Number Error : You must specify a different number. This number has already been used

If you receive the Duplicate Document error and the sales data for your Shogo Account does not sync, you will want to follow the steps below: 

In your QuickBooks Online account

Click on the Settings Gear Icon>Accounting and Settings >Advanced>then turn off the following option:

"Warn if duplicate journal number is used"

Once you have done this please let Shogo Support know so we can ensure your sales data posts.
