To move the Web Connector to a new or different computer the Web Connector application will need to be installed on the new computer. To do this please follow the instructions below.
Please download and install the new file from:
app.shogo.io
>Settings>Accounting>View Details (if you have more than one location)>Web Connector Setup>follow the on-screen instructions (including using the provided password)
Once this is complete, with your QuickBooks open to the correct company, press the F2 function key on your keyboard and send the Shogo Helpdesk a screen shot of the window that pops up.
The Helpdesk will update your file path and ask you to run your web connector to sync any sales data.
