Shopify Deposit: Should correlate to the actual deposits that will be made to your bank account

Shopify Charges: Is the total amount of funds collected from Credit Cards

Shopify Adjustments: Reflects any refunds 

Shopify Fees:  Are the processing fees

Many customers will map Shopify Charges, Adjustments and the individual Credit Cards to the same clearing or suspense account, as usually, the Shopify charges will equal the Totals from the individual cards from the prior day (thus clearing each other out day over day).

Again, the key number for banking purposes will be the Shopify Deposit amount.
