TOAST has an item "Add Value" which is used when a customer wants to add funds to a gift or loyalty card.  This allows for reuse of existing gift cards and is typically used when a customer is reloading the balance on a gift card or loyalty card. 

When mapping the item "Add Value" it should typically be treated in same manner as issuing a gift card.
