When changing accounting platforms you will be required to re-map your configuration. This is because you are linking your Shogo account to a new accounting file.
We strongly recommend that you take an export of your current mapping from the Shogo Accounting Page before proceeding. The exports can be used as reference, making the re-mapping process go smoother.
To Export go to Settings>Accounting - Export Settings
Once you have processed your last day of sales for QuickBooks Desktop, you can change your connection at:
app.shogo.io
>Settings>Accounting>Press the "Change" Button (Located top Right of Page)
>Press the "Add a New Company Button" (Located bottom Left of Page)
>Press the "Connect to QuickBooks" button and follow the instructions from QuickBooks to authorize the connection
Once you have connected to QuickBooks Online, you can use your exported mapping from QuickBooks Desktop (if you have the same Chart of Accounts). It may be helpful to review the following article to assist in the mapping process:
