Differences on how sales data is POSTED and synced to your QuickBooks file depends on how mapping is configured in Shogo. Variances on how Toast Sales data is posted happens happens when Toast has delays in processing credit card batches.
If you have "All Credit Cards Mapped", "Toast CC Deposit" and "Toast CC Fees" then Shogo will POST the sales data even if the credit cards are not batched. To ensure the sales data POSTS correctly turn off your mapping to group all credit cards if there is no batch data present.
This will cause the accounting posting to go on hold. Shogo will continue to reload your sales until the batch information is available; at which time, Shogo will release the hold and post the sales to your accounting system.
