Changing computers when using QuickBooks Desktop will cause an interruption in the transmission of sales data, because the Web connector is specific to the computer it is installed on.
To reconnect your QuickBooks file to Shogo a new Web Connector file will need to be download.
To download and install a new Web Connector you will need to go to: app.shogo.io
>Settings>Accounting> Select Web Connector Setup –Then follow the instructions on screen
After completing the instructions Shogo will need to verify the new file path.
With the correct company file open in QuickBooks, press the F2 function key on your keyboard and send Shogo help desk a screen shot of the window that pops up. We will then verify the file path in your Shogo account and confirm data transmission.
