You can request deactivation or pause of your Shogo account at any time simply by submitting a help desk request to that effect. To submit the request you can simply select "Help" from your Shogo Account which will redirect you to the Shogo Knowledge Base or go directly to https://support.shogo.io
Select submit a request in the top right hand corner of web page.
Then fill out the form and select submit to send the cancelation request.
