If you are setting up a new Shogo Account, Shogo will guide you to Connect your Accounting System after you connect your first store.  A Shogo "Company" represents a connection to a specific instance of an accounting system such as QuickBooks Company A, or NetSuite Sandbox B, a Xero Organization, or Sage Intacct Entity. 

You will be asked to select an accounting platform. Once selected, follow the on-screen instructions to connect Shogo to your accounting system, your selected company and it's chart of accounts.
