Shogo offers a utility that will automatically reload past days' sales on an ongoing basis with consideration to your organization's monthly period close date. This is a very useful function in cases where backdated changes are being made to sales data, which may be necessary for a variety of reasons.
The number of days that the rolling reload utility processes is determined by two factors:
1) The number of reload lookback days=the number of days Shogo will reload each day. Shogo will reload the "lookback day" as well as "yesterday", each day, as shown in the graphic below.
2) The period close days=the date you will close your monthly period+ x number of lookback days.
Please note-you will need to factor in a number of lookback days into your period close date if you want the last day sales for your period to be reloaded.
Shogo recommends settings similar to the following:
The number of lookback days = 7 and the Period Close Days = 3
This allows the sales from 31st of the month to be reloaded at least once.
Please note**Only full access users are able to change this setting.
