Creating Franchises and Group Reporting

Creating Franchises and adding it to group reporting is a three-step process.  First the Store will need to be added to the Franchise.  Second, Add a Group to the Franchise.  Finally, add the Store to the Group. 

Add Store to Franchise

The store must first exist in Shogo.  Once the store is added, navigate to Settings>Franchisees>Add Franchisees Button. For help with adding a new store, Click Here

 

 

Next, add the Group if it is not present

If the group does not exist, Add a new Group

Navigate to Settings>(Franchisee Settings)>Groups

Click New Group

 

Finally, add the stores to the Group

To add stores to an existing Group, navigate to 

Settings>(Franchisee Settings)>Groups

Click on View Details

 

Click the Store section to add stores

You will see a dropdown of all stores that have been added to the Franchise that are available to add to the group.

 

Definitions for the Franchise are set at Settings>Franchisee>View Details (if Stores have been defined. If no stores have been defined, go to the previous step)

If you click "Is Master" in the group reporting, it defines the group reporting categories for reporting only. It does not change mapping for stores.
