How many Users can I have?
Currently you can have an unlimited number of users within your Shogo account.
How do I add or deactivate a user?
We highly recommend that only the account owner or a single designated user adds and deactivates users. Though anyone with Full Access can add or remove a user.
Currently you can have an unlimited number of users within your Shogo account.
To add a user, you will want to go to:
Sign into your account and then proceed to
>Settings>Users -New User
Fill out the appropriate information for the user. First Name - Last Name - Email - Phone
There are currently two account types. You will need to select the account type from the drop down menu.
Reports Only: Has access to the Sales, Forecasting and Reports menus. The Reports Only user will NOT have access to settings menu.
Full Access: Has access to the Sales, Forecasting, Report and Settings menus.
Next you will want to select the type of notifications the user receives.
Daily Email: This is a daily email that summarizes the sales from the previous day.
Accounting Notifications: This email is sent when there is an accounting error. The error is is usually a mapping issue that will need to be resolved using the Settings Menu.
Once finished entering data and making selections select "Update"
To deactivate a user simply go to
>Settings>Users - Select User
Once you have selected the user you would like to deactivate, select the red Deactivate button in the bottom right corner of menu box.
