If your postings are no longer updating in your QuickBooks Desktop company file, then it is possible that your QuickBooks Web Connector process is no longer running.
To correct this:
Please go to your QuickBooks:
>File>Update Web Services>
Select the Shogo application and then press Update Selected
After the process completes, please hide or minimize the process and do not exit via the "X" or the Exit buttons.
If you are using a non-US version of QuickBooks Desktop, and it does not have Web Services included in the QuickBooks menu, you will need to download and install the Web Connector as a Windows process outside of QuickBooks.
