You can refresh all of your accounting reference data in Shogo by navigating to
Settings>Accounting>Company
Click on the blue Company Name that you wish to resync
Next, you can select to update all reference data, by clicking the checkbox next to Reference Data.
Alternatively, you can select a single accounting category to sync by selecting the checkbox next to that category.
Once you have checked off what you would like to sync, click the Sync Selected button
You will see the status of each category update. This may take a while for larger accounting systems like NetSuite, Xero and Sage depending on your setup. You can click the Refresh icon at the top right to see the latest refresh status.
If you are using QuickBooks Desktop, you will then need to run your Web Connector in order to respond to Shogo's refresh request.
To run web connector, please go to your QuickBooks:
File>Update Web Services>Select the Shogo application and then press Update Selected
After the process completes, please hide or minimize the process and do not exit via the "X" or the Exit buttons.
QuickBooks does not allow the use of the following account types - Account Receivable or Account Payable.
Please note, this will refresh reference data only and has no impact on syncing sales data. If you have accounting postings that have failed due to missing accounting items, please ask Shogo to reload your sales and accounting data for those failed entries.
