I connected my store to QuickBooks Desktop and meant to connect to QuickBooks online instead

To change your connection to QuickBooks Online, please follow the instructions below:

Log into your Shogo account at app.shogo.io

Navigate to the location at Settings>Accounting>View Details (if multiple locations exist
 

Select the Change Button

You will be brought to another screen to select a company that has been previously added or you may click the blue Add a New Company if the QuickBooks company has not yet been added

Follow the on-screen prompts to add the new company.
