YES - we support Vendor Credits (Return to Vendor "RTV") which works in a similar manner as Purchase Orders and can automatically integrate vendor credits to your accounting system.
You can turn this feature on at:
>Settings>Accounting>View Details>General Settings>Sync Vendor Credits>On>Apply
