To reactivate your Shogo Account to resume normal processing, please ensure your payment information is up to date by going to:
>Settings>Billing>Update Card
Once you enter your payment information, a "Reactivate Account" button will appear which you can click to reactivate and access your account:
Shogo will begin loading sales data starting on the next/following business day.
If you are missing any postings from the deactivation period, please use this ticket form and let us know what dates/locations you would like loaded. Please note that there is a prorated charge for loading and posting history.
