To reactivate your Shogo Account to resume normal processing, please ensure your payment information is up to date logging into your Shogo account at app.shogo.io
Click Update Card to update your billing information
Once you enter your payment information, a "Reactivate Account" button will appear which you can click to reactivate and access your account:
Shogo will begin loading sales data starting on the next/following business day.
If you are missing any postings from the deactivation period, please use this ticket form and let us know what dates/locations you would like loaded. Please note that there is a prorated charge for loading and posting history.
